What governance controls does Riff provide for IT?
SSO (SAML, OIDC), SCIM provisioning, role-based access, environment separation, change approvals, a full audit log, and signed, reversible agent runs. Every ERP action is attributable to a user, an approver, and a confidence threshold.
Is Riff SOC 2 and GDPR compliant?
Yes, Riff is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. We're GDPR-compliant by design, EU data residency is the default, and we run penetration tests regularly. DPA, Article 28 terms, and the subprocessor list are available on request.
Where does data live, and does it leave the ERP?
Riff runs against your system of record. We don't replicate ERP data into a shadow warehouse. Execution metadata (who ran what, when, and with what result) stays in the region you choose. EU first.
Can we bring our own LLM providers?
Yes. Riff supports OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and self-hosted models. You pick the providers your IT and compliance teams have already approved.
